I知 delighted to share with you some exciting news about our hospital.
As you know, we came together as two founding hospitals, The Credit Valley Hospital and The Trillium Health Centre to improve health care for our community.
Our new strategic plan will set our direction for the next decade.
We believe we can deliver even better service to our community than we have in the past by coming together.
There will be great opportunities for our community, our patients, family members and friends to become involved in that planning process. We値l have opportunities through our web sites to get your views, opportunities if you come to the hospital to interview you on the spot, our telephone town halls where many of you, thousands of you can come in and talk to us live on your views about how to improve health care in our community.
Over the next couple of months, we値l take that input and we値l begin to develop our plan, our plan of action for the future.
In the next several weeks, you値l hear more about how you can become involved in our strategic planning process. Your input is VITAL, it痴 vital for us in setting our directions over the next decade, it痴 vital for us to understand your needs and where we can improve upon services in the years to come.
